Public offer

This document is an offer by IE/LLP Cascade (the “Provider”) to enter into an agreement for delivering one-time passwords (OTP) over WhatsApp.

1. Subject

The Provider gives the Customer access to the API and dashboard for sending OTP messages. Payment is made by purchasing credit packages (messaging balance).

2. Registration and account

The Customer is responsible for keeping credentials and API keys secure. Actions performed with the Customer’s keys are deemed to be performed by the Customer.

3. Payment

Services are prepaid. Credits are charged for successful OTP delivery according to the rates in the dashboard. Unused balance may be refunded by agreement with support.

4. Restrictions

The service must not be used for spam, fraud or other illegal purposes. The Provider may suspend an account in case of violation.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. The Provider is not liable for third-party network outages (WhatsApp, payment gateways) or for the content of the Customer’s messages.

Acceptance of this offer is account registration and/or payment of a plan. For questions: support via the dashboard.
