We process personal data required to provide the Cascade service: email, phone, company details, OTP history and payment identifiers.

1. What data we collect

• Account contacts (email, phone)
• Company details
• OTP recipient numbers and delivery statuses
• Technical logs (IP, API token, request time)
• Payment data (without storing full card details)

2. Purposes of processing

Providing the service, billing, security, support and improving delivery quality.

3. Storage and protection

OTP codes are stored hashed. API keys are encrypted. Access to data is restricted.

4. Sharing with third parties

Data may be shared with infrastructure providers (hosting, WhatsApp channel, payment gateway) only to the extent required to deliver the service.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of account data via support, unless this conflicts with law or obligations to retain payment/operational records.
